Our company is looking for a talented Packaging and Marketing Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for retail and product packaging for our products. You will also work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing concepts and advertising angles for our products and services, and create website collaterals that support our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and functional designs for retail and product packaging
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand product features and branding, and develop packaging concept themes that align with our brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure effective and efficient production of packaging designs
- Develop marketing concepts and advertising angles that align with our brand and target audience
- Create website collaterals, including graphics, photos, videos, and other digital assets that enhance the user experience and support our brand

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, packaging design, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in packaging design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software
- Experience with marketing concept and advertising angle development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
