Job Responsibilities
- Work with customer to generate, update and revise the electrical routing layout design as well as final product design, with reference to the internal design guidelines, including drawing the electrical routing layout based on the netlist provided by customers as well as modifying the product design files provided by customers.
- Prepare design risk assessment report with reference to the internal design guidelines.
- Support the design activities for internal test vehicles.
- Work with internal teams to generate, update and revise the mask design, stencil design and other schematics or drawing required by the internal teams.
- Work with the tooling and material suppliers to convert internal design files into their design files, and review and approve them before releasing into fabrication.
- Maintain the design guidelines and review with internal team for updating and revisions periodically.
- Ensure design output and documentation complies with internal design verification procedure.
- Maintain all the design files and other documentations.
- Provide guidance and training for Junior Engineers.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirement
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, microelectronics, or relevant engineering degrees.
- 5~10 years hand-on experience of using Cadence APD in RDL routing and mask design for wafer-level processes including Wafer bumping, WLCSP, eWLB and other fan-out processes. Other similar experience could be considered if relevant.
- Good understanding on the design guidelines and familiar in generating risk assessment report based on Fan-in/ Fan-out process capability
- Familiar with other design software like Linkcad, CAM, AutoCAD, Klayout editor and Gerber editors.
- Familiar with PCB test board design.
- Knowledge and understanding of wafer-level process and product reliability as well as other packaging assembly process will be the advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to talk and communicate with customers directly.
- Highly motivated and responsible, committed to project deadlines
- Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
