As a **Card** Ops Analyst** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

To provide support to the Card Operations teams including settlement to card schemes, reconciliation, and dispute processing. To also support functions such as card financial transaction processing, customer static data update and account closures.

**The Role Responsibility**:
**Daily Operations**
- Liaise with Products and Technology when there is a breakdown in the process caused by system failures.
- Liaise with Customer Service for client requests related to Credit / Debits Cards/CASA, and handle any actions required arising from these client requests.

- Handle queries from internal stakeholders including other functions and teams.
- Liaise with third parties including VISA and other vendors.
- Resolve discrepancies in daily automated reconciliations performed.
- Ensure SLAs on VisaCard payment settlements are met.
- Support Banking Operations Lead in operational planning and monthly reporting to management.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Banking Operations Lead.
- Manage customer offboarding process.
- Manage billing disputes (including chargeback)

**Project-based Duties**
- Maintain the Card Operations process flows and standard operating procedures documentation.
- Work cross-function to participate in process improvement exercises and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in projects where required.
- Partake in UAT for Banking Operations systems where necessary.

Key Stakeholders
- Head of Core Operations
- Functional Partners including T&I, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, etc.
- Relevant outsourcing teams.
- Has understanding of card products/ CASA and Visa / MasterCard processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- In detail-oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.
