**Title: Business Development Executive**
**Location: Singapore**
**The Role**:
Focus on the development of locally controlled business. Increasing the revenue and growth for Santa Fe Relocation Singapore and the Santa Fe wider group, contributing to the ultimate goal of establishing and maintaining Santa Fe Relocation Services as the market leader in Mobility Solutions.
**Responsible For**:
Identifying, qualifying, contacting, and development of new customers and business for Santa Fe. Building rapport, nurturing and strengthening accounts and relationships. Building and enhancing the premium brand of Santa Fe. Working in conjunction with the local team with the objective of securing accounts and ensuring successful implementation of our services.
**Primary Duties**:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Promote and sell Santa Fe services to targeted entities in Singapore
- Face to face, virtual sales calls to targeted and qualified accounts
- Make cold calls to potential new accounts to create new opportunities
- Work together with the Senior BDM to develop potential new accounts
- Network in local HR related events to raise the profile of Santa Fe in the market
- Maintain a pipeline opportunity pipeline that is approximately four times the amount of your annual sales target
**Other Duties**:
- Create tailored strategic sales plans to win targeted local accounts and increase locally controlled business
- Support the implementation process for handover to operational teams
- Research and qualify all sales leads to determine the potential of new business
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews for newly on-boarded customers for at least the first two quarters after implementation
- Handover of newly won accounts to appropriate individuals to serve as a single point of contact for customer local HR / as required.
- Attend selected webinars, conferences, meetings and social events to network
- Design and deliver client customized presentations and prepare written winning tailored proposals
- Provide excellent customer service levels for both external and internal customers
- Be prepared to travel as needed for sales calls
- Sell the complete menu of services to new potential accounts and revisit our past & current accounts to sell our services or to renew contracts.
- A minimum of five (5) quality face to face sales calls are to be scheduled and visited every week.
- Manage all customer, contact and pursuit information using Santa Fe’s CRM tool (salesforce)
- Act in the best interests of the company while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and honesty in dealing with accounts.
- Any other duties that management may direct from time to time
**Reporting and Communication Duties**:
- Meeting notes
- Opportunity and tender status updates
- Campaign support
- New contact information and updating of existing contact information
- Responses to other stations through chatter
- Update of opportunity data including estimated revenue, close date, probability of close, etc
- Monthly on-time provision of invoiced new business revenue
- Any other regular ad-hoc request by management
- Keep detailed records for audit for all sales made that classify as ‘first year’ sales
- Geographic Coverage primarily includes: It is expected that this position carries out their business development work throughout the whole of Singapore
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST.
- Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Related working experience in mobility, immigration, HR outsourcing, or household goods moving sales background is an advantage
- Sales oriented, with high energy, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, presentation skill and customer centric solutions.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
