Role & Responsibility

Create and execute a strategic project sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's business as set

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Set objectives, train and coach foremen, and monitor their performance.

To Lead maintenance, minor work/project teams, advice remedial proposal, manpower, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, height access equipment and other necessary equipment to undertake the following as

Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements. Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Perform as a driver to pick up and drop workers and purchase materials when necessary

He prepares quotations, coordinate repair works schedules, liaise with the subcon / repair work team to start and complete the works. _Any other works assigned by managementCapabilities and behaviours

A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills

Possess good technical knowledge of building works and M & E will be advantage. Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.

Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of technicians and contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.

Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English

Must be prepared to perform night duties and work on weekends and public holidays when is required

Educations & Experience

Prior experience in building operations in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.

Team oriented and good interpersonal skills.

Diploma or degree in building / Engineering

Salary $2900 - $4500
