**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Infrastructure Management**:

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
- Responsible for all the technology stack, for example and not limited to F5, Checkpoint Load balancer, Nutanix Virtualization, Linux OS, Windows OS, etc.
- **Security Management**:

- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including patch management and software distribution.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management.
- Implement and maintain security tools and technologies (SIEM, WAF, etc).
- Manage endpoint security.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead IT infrastructure and security projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Utilize Agile methodologies for project management.
- Manage ticketing system migrations and improvements.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with cross functional teams.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and security management.
- Proven experience in project management and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
- Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, firewalls, endpoint security).
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and associated tools.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- **Preferred**:

- Relevant certifications (CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CSM, ITIL).
- Experience in managing global IT operations.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.

**Technical Skills**:

- Cloud: AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix
- Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, PowerShell, SQL Server, Exchange Online.
- OS/Networking: Windows Server, Linux, F5, Cisco, Checkpoint.
