**Job Profile**:

- Managing Indian bollywood music lounge/club
- Preparing cocktails and alcoholic drinks
- Comlying/corresponding with relevant authorities (MOM, SPF, SFA, etc)
- Interviewing performing artists to work in the club
- Managing inventory for bar
- Demonstrate clientele contacts who frequently visit bollywood clubs
- Manage and nurture club staff and artists to work efficiently

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day operation of club, including customer relationships
- Achieve revenue targets mutually agreed with management (these will be reviewed/revised as needed)
- Managing performing srtists while they are working in the club
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to guidelines from various licensing authorities
- Ensure patrons visitng club are well treated and a safe work and client environment is maintained at all times
- Ensure safe travel of performing artists from their local residence to club and back
- Any other responsibilities covering overall effective operations of the club

**Requirements**:

- SFA certified food handler
- Experience of 5 Years and above
