- **Manage student record and update student status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record and training status.**:

- **Receiving students and attend check**:

- **Attend to customer enquiries**:

- **Assist enrollment of new and continuing students**:

- **Collection of school fees and Misc payments**:

- **Ensure student academic progress is in accordance with regulations.**:

- **Support lesson observation as part of quality management.**:

- **Maintain up to date knowledge of Taekwondo and school policies and procedures.**:

- **Plan and implement student surveys.**:

- **Publishing, promoting and managing our social media accounts**:

- **Order Fulfilment, inventory control**:

- **Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by director and Immediate Superior**:

- **Assist performing various school administration tasks.**

**[Job requirements]**

High Level of Typing proficiency(e.g. 100WPM)

Excellent Excel skills(Search Data, Annalise data, Input accuracy Data)

Deal with priorities, multi-tasking skill

Demonstrate ability to relate well to students and parents

Excellent communication skills

Be able to meticulous records

Preferably with 1-2 years equivalent work experience in the relevant industry such as tuition centre or education sector etc.

Be able to work on both weekends (6 days a week)

- **Attire: Business Casual**:

- **Working hours: Full-time employees must work a 6-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the centre's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours;**

**Weekdays: 2:30pm to 9:00pm (inclusive of 30min break)**

**Weekends: 8:30am to 6:30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
