**THE ROLE**
- Handle sales enquiries promptly - communicate with clients and understand their requirements
- Propose and conceptualise design ideas and space planning proposal based on clients’ requirements
- Pitch design concepts and material recommendations to clients
- Prepare quotation
- Plan project schedule and ensure smooth and timely executions

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- At least 4 years experience in interior design related field
- Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic
- Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software

We are partners with one of the leading builders for landed residences in Singapore - Trace Design + Build, and we have completed over 60 projects including HDB, Condo and landed houses.

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
