**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to support our product design function. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible to support the Design team in implementing design processes and defining the user experience across our products. You will be responsible for driving design leadership across B2C vertical on both Web and Mobile apps, supported by your own team. This is an active role that will require you to solve complex visual and interaction design challenges in a new and challenging niche of the financial markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, business developers, data analysts
- Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation of designers, project prioritization
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our platform by providing good user experience
- Manage, mentor, and empower your team of product designers
- Cultivate a collaborative environment for great design by shaping the design culture and establishing relevant design processes
- Ensure the creation of a world-class user experience, incorporating best practices in UX and creating solid, engaging UX and UI patterns
- Incorporate data analysis and feedback through testing to validation of concepts and experience paradigm
- Ensure high business and user impact
- Communicate user needs and design rational to peers and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of work experience - preferably working in tech companies or start-ups
- Experience in managing talented UX/UI designers and building a team
- A strong practical point of view of User Experience
- Experience launching world-class UX solutions for Web and Mobile
- Expert knowledge of interaction and visual design principles with demonstrated consistency and a strong eye for detail
- Experience with new and emerging tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and empathic interpersonal skills
- Bonus: Previous experience with fintech or crypto
