**Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Service Manager and Field Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or maintenance calls and update daily on-site job cards.
- Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure, truck service availability, and ensure that lift trucks are operating well
- Ensure that necessary work are completed satisfactorily before seeking customers' acknowledgement on the service job cards.
- Maintain an accurate record of all travel and worked hours for each job using the assigned tablets.
- Maintain tools and equipment according to the company standard and report any breakages or loss of tools promptly.
- Replenish and maintain service van inventory to the specific and appropriate levels.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects or training matrix evaluations, when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/NTC-2/3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering studies or in related Engineering Field
- At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance repair and overhaul in industrial machinery or material handling equipment
- **Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license to drive the assigned service van for field work.**:

- Customer-orientated and technically incline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work well as a team
- Possess good initiative towards task given
