**Your Role and Responsibilities**

1) Responsible for managing Service Desk & Deskside operations team

2) Monitors the service performance of staff, tracks and reports service delivery metrics, and leads a metrics-driven, high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and frequent performance communication to encourage effective work behaviours

3) Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to Management and others in ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and as needed. Will drive Ticket and develop strategies for improvement. Work to make Service Desk the single source of service delivery channel for the customers. Participating in escalated calls as needed.

4) Represent Service Desk & Desk side performance in management and customer meetings
