This position is a 1-yr contract and is reporting to the Talent Management & Organization Development Manager. The individual will support the learning & development needs and help to business growth through its employees and L&D initiatives. The individual will be expected to develop and enhance the business’s talent and evolve Continental’s future leaders.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Training
1.1 To help create and administer mandatory/internal training programs for business and organizations.
1.2. Responsible to track & monitor the mandatory/internal training activities.
1.3. Partners with internal & external trainers on training needs and ensure smooth running of the programs
1.4. Plan and organize training programs in Singapore and evaluate courses/programs for areas of improvement
2. Onboarding
2.1 Creates, organizes, plans and present various forms of onboarding and orientation
2.2 Coordinating and monitoring Our OnBoarding live (OOL) survey
3. Collaboration
3.1. Cross divisional collaboration, which will connect formally/informally with colleagues and experts within other departments or locations e.g. streamline and reduce administrative work to achieve operational efficiency etc.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, or a related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different stakeholders
**Skills**: Able to work in team, open-minded, ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and organized, willingness to support teams and other managers
