More than 380 That’s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.
- The job is responsible to provides ancillary support services in the QC Laboratory for the routine operations including documentation archiving, dispatching of samples to support all pre and validation activities as well as routine operations in accordance to written procedures and local/international regulations.**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of samples coming into the QC lab (receiving, aliquoting and dispatch to other testing labs)
- Support the team to prepare lab reagents and other lab related activities including investigations and sample shipment.
- Track and execute individual training requirements to ensure completion on time including new methods and instrumentation.
- Follows the priorities for Laboratory equipment documentation, labelling and archiving. Ensures sampling delivery is performed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accuracy of SAP entry and sample dispatching to the required location including external testing laboratories.
- Support the team to liaise with vendor for PM/Cal requirement creation.
- Compiles documents in a complete, accurate and consistent manner to ensure that samples, materials or products and intermediates have been tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs. Support improvement or efficiency projects whenever possible.
- Be able to explain, his/her area of work, in health authorities' inspections and internal audits.

**Minimum requirements**
- Diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience who is comfortable in managing the sample in QC lab
- Preferred: Previous experience working in a laboratory environment in the pharmaceutical industry (quality assurance, production), aseptic technique
- Proficiency in using systems for data entry or processing standard request such and SAP or LIMS system
