Shiok Meats is seeking to hire a Corporate Finance Analyst to support the CFO. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and results-oriented individual to partner with the CFO to strengthen the Corporate Finance function.

**Position**:

- Full-time
- Singapore

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional qualification.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in similar corporate finance roles.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in handling M&A activities, fundraising and investor reporting is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the preparation of all investor reporting with a focus on analysing and presenting the information.
- Conduct industry analysis and in-depth research to identify competitive landscape/competitors, potential opportunities and anticipate industry future direction in order to correlate with future business strategies.
- Provide support in M&A, fundraising, and investment transactions including negotiation, structuring, and managing the due diligence process through to closing.
- Involve in M&A post-integration planning and execution by collaborating cross-functionally to determine integration priorities, phasing and set objectives
- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate and build the business’ medium to long-term business projection and strategic plan
- Involved and co-own special projects relating to various finance transformations and fundraising initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned

- Possess strong technical skills and works well independently as well as in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including interdepartmental communication
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
