**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor stock levels of starting materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Share and communicate stock availability and movement across all relevant departments.
- Prepare packing lists and supporting documentation for both local and overseas shipments.
- Inform the Purchasing Department when stock levels are low to ensure timely replenishment.
- Track stock usage to ensure efficiency and highlight any issues of wastage or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in accordance with company policies.
- Support periodic stock-taking and reconciliation activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; further qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
