**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plans, organizes, manages, and leads the customer billing and collection activities and operations.
- Lead the process improvement, establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics and standard by which efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.

**JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS**
- Provide leadership, direction and management to the teams.
- Prepare and lead annual work plan for the department.
- Responsible for the department’s capital and operational expenditure budgets.
- Ensure smooth operations related to invoice and payments resulting in smooth cash flow.
- Review frameworks to minimise lapses in customer service delivery, billing and settlements.
- Review customer and financial reports to align with organisational business plan.
- Oversee the department’s compliance with regulations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee resolution of cases and service enhancement to drive overall customer satisfaction and excellent experience.
- Review the implementation of process improvements and risk management initiatives.
- Plan and lead in new solution and optimising technologies.
- Any ad-hoc matters assigned by the supervisor.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and or a related field
- At least 10 years working experience in Supply Chain and Logistic or related industry
- Solid knowledge on industry standards and regulations with proven track record on best practices and leadership in the given role
- Sound knowledge in billing modules and softwares (Oracle, SAP etc)
- Strong numeracy and sensitive to numbers and figures
- Tact and ability to interact with staff and management at all levels in order to achieve mutually acceptable resolution of incidents
