**About the Role**

**Design Engineer / Assistant Design Manager**to **lead and support geotechnical and ground improvement design**across high-profile building and infrastructure projects.

You will:

- Lead **geotechnical design**for ERSS, piling, deep foundations, soil stabilization, and ground improvement works
- Mentor and guide a talented team of design engineers and technical staff
- Review and approve **design drawings, calculations, and technical submissions**:

- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, clients, and statutory authorities (BCA, LTA) to resolve design challenges
- Ensure compliance with **Singapore standards, global best practices, and innovative engineering techniques**:

- Support tender teams with **technical input, design methodologies, and preliminary assessments**:

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering**:

- **5+ years’ experience**in geotechnical design, focusing on **ground improvement, ERSS, piling, and deep excavation works**:
