Project Manager, Esgenome, 24 Months' Contract

The SGX is looking for a Project Manager who will champion efforts and provide overall support for the SGX ESG Disclosure Platform. The ESG Disclosure Platform will support companies in their ESG disclosure journey by enabling companies to report metrics aligned with global standards and frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance that meets investor needs for consistent and comparable ESG data.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end responsibilities of the platform, ongoing project management, driving implementation and adoption of the ESG Disclosure Platform, and realizing downstream activities and KPIs. Responsibilities include achieving and monitoring project KPIs, vendor/partner management, platform review/enhancements and testing, management of contractual agreements, and training and support for stakeholders. In addition, the Project Manager is also expected to drive adoption on the use of the platform and work on ESG capability building for the broader Singapore market (including but not limited to companies, research firms, investors) through various outreach and education initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project/portal management**
- Drive end-to-end project management including platform requirements setting, gathering feedback, enhancements, and implementation of the platform
- Testing and rollout of platform features
- Manage documentation and contractual agreements with vendors and partners
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate and onboard users to the platform
- Provide ongoing assistance, training, and support to stakeholders
- Maintain a registry of users that are active on the platform and user stats; active and further engage with these users to drive activity on the platform
- Ongoing monitoring of project KPIs and management of project claims/funding
- Ongoing vendor and project management (e.g. service-level agreements, incidents)
- **Driving adoption and capacity building across ecosystem**
- Champion efforts to drive adoption of the use of the portal (e.g. curate and develop a series of marketing and outreach campaigns, number of issuers onboarded and trained on the platform)
- Collaborate with ecosystem (e.g. issuers, research firms, financial institutions, investors, consultants, training providers) to develop and drive training sessions to encourage and drive the use of the platform, database, and metrics
- Develop ideas and run publicity and marketing of platform
- Organize targeted events, webinars, forums for the ecosystem to promote the use of the platform, database, and metrics (e.g. events, webinars, Singapore Fintech Festival)
- Engage and distribute ESG data to downstream users via channels/platforms (e.g. data aggregators, research platforms, research firms, SGX website)
- Development and implementation of public dashboard/screener for investor analytics

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience of project management in platform rollout, driving promotional campaigns and event organizing, ideation/marketing, with prior exposure to the financial/ESG industry
- An interest or prior knowledge/experience in ESG/Sustainability is highly desirable
- Strong written/spoken English language and communication skills
- Ability to show initiative, resourcefulness and work independently
- Willingness to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities and learn new skills
- Detailed and solutions oriented - pragmatic and innovative, thorough with acute attention to detail
- Comfortable with handling of administrative paperwork, legal and contractual agreements
- Strong MS Office suite knowledge and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace, working through challenges in a collaborative way
