Job Title: Picker and Packer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Pick items accurately and efficiently from designated locations based on order sheets.

2. Ensure proper handling, packing, and labeling of products to prevent damage during transit.

3. Verify product quality and quantity before packing, noting any discrepancies or defects.

4. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring items are easily accessible and properly labeled.

5. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet daily shipping deadlines.

6. Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to maintain adequate levels of merchandise.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or packing area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

8. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to minimize errors and accidents.

9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to address any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.

10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in picking and packing operations.

**Requirements**:
1. ITE or equivalent and above

2. Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center preferred.

3. Ability to accurately read and interpret order sheets.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Familiarity with picking and packing for the e-commerce platforms like lazada, shopee, etc is a plus

7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

8. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
