**To be able to provide enjoyable, quality and comprehensive swim coaching to students across all ages and skill level. in both private and group setting.
**Duties and Core Responsibilities**
- Responsible for arranging a suitable date and time to conduct lessons for clients seeking to do private lessons.
- Design lesson plan that suits and meets the need of clients
- both individual and groups.
- Conduct lessons in a professional manner at all times.
- Develop a good rapport with students which leads to maintaining them
- Cooperate and work harmoniously with the team
- In charge of coaching equipment maintenance.
- Keep the pool venue clean and in order.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years of tennis coaching experience
- Obtained Swim Coaching Certification
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Job can be physically demanding.
- Able to work independently and as a team.

**Key Deliverables**
- Effective and professional coaching services are rendered to clients across all ages and levels.
- Maintain clients and build up coaching hours over time.
- Timely remittance of lesson fees for private lessons.
- Ensuring venue has all the necessary equipment to conduct the lessons and are well-maintained.
