Position Summary
- Check channel support claims made to the company to ensure funding provided are for its intended purpose.
- Ensuring sales program approvals are in place for good corporate governance.
- Maintaining clean financial liability by ensuring claims from customers are duly processed and completed.
Role and Responsibilities- Check and verify channel support program claim documents according to program mechanics.- Process and input system entries in system after verifying the claim submission documents.- Liaise with customers & Sales Team for all documents related to channel support program claims.- Computation of customer rebate eligibility in accordance with the contractual terms for verification and payment processing.- Assist in internal or external audit preparation and verification work.- Monitor open program conditions to follow up with sales team and customers to ensure claims are processed.- Perform month end closing and reconciliation of expense against forecasts.- Constantly reviews claim system master setup to introduce new claims combinations to support the business.- Management of product pricing and margin structure.- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned by supervisor.
