Enterprise Transformation Innovation Lab Technical

**Overview**
- The Enterprise Transformation (“ET”) Department drives and executes the overall strategic transformation agenda with the ambition to facilitate and deliver business growth. It also aims to solidify competency in program management and cross-functional team leadership, as well as change communications, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, change processes and management.
- The Innovation Lab is part of Enterprise Transformation Department and seeks to work side by side with the business to find new ways to tackle problems. It will focus on delivering innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies in highly complex architectures and with the highest delivery standards.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support Global Head of ET and work with senior leaders across the organization to find novel ways of resolving business challenges.
- Pursue new opportunities for lab initiatives by building strong relationships with all levels within our key stakeholder teams.
- Build and develop a network in business and tech to influence and to generate new ideas to tackle problems or generate value-add to business.
- Be well proficient with all lab solutions and be able to showcase and demonstrate to key stakeholders.
- Communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage new initiatives end-to-end: design the vision and roadmap with the business teams, design the PoC, MVP and hold all solution management responsibilities during the execution phase.
- Create technical specifications, including architectural diagrams and solution designs to address challenge statements.
- Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and career development of team resources as the function builds up over time.
- Provide guidance and technical support to developers.
- Lead and engage in solution design workshops with stakeholders and design teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for purpose of PoCs that can improve our technology solutions to address business needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enable smooth running of PoC cycles.
- Accountable for functional documentation and completeness of tests launched with stakeholder teams to validate the solutions.
- Develop the governance model and ensure project management discipline and standards are adhered to.
- Contribute to solution technical strategy by working closely with IT department.
- Establish and analyze metrics that track success of new solutions.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Technical leadership is a must. Ideally, prior experience as Solution Architect with programming background and excellent problem-solving skills to design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Good understanding of asset management industry, knowledge of regulatory environment and trends (including digital).
- Demonstrated experience of leading digital projects, delivering new solutions and solution enhancements.
- Prior leadership experience in leading engineering or technical teams, with breadth of experience across Enterprise IT in multiple of the following areas: Infrastructure architecture; Database architecture; Application development; Data Center Operations; Data lakes; Analytics and data insight.
- Experience with designing and implementing APIs to enable integration between different systems.
- Breadth of expertise in private and public Cloud Computing (i.e. AWS platform), technologies and architectural best practices.
- Expert level technical acumen; ability to understand the IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles.
- Possible experience with AI, including knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Broad understanding of both emerging and established technology platforms.
- Strong ability to listen, understand and then influence both into technology and business.
- Ability to deeply empathize with end users and incorporate learning into system design specifications at all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Aptitude at relationship building with all types of stakeholders, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a multi-discipline environment and in a matrix organization.
- Self-starter, with strong initiative, who is hands-on and comfortable to manage multiple tasks, is confident to engage different stakeholders, and can work independently to deliver outcomes.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Techn
