**Systems and Tools**
- Maintain a strong familiarity, if not outright expertise, with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- Solid knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, popular programmatic trading desks (The Trade Desk, Basis, MediaMath, etc.), tracking and tagging methods, and various analytic packages.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Lumina/Prisma/Google Analytics experience is a plus.
**Client and Partner Leadership in Digital**:
- Ability to pull key insights for clients on ways to improve campaigns & highlight trends/takeaways across the particular piece of business he/she supports.
- Primary contact for all business units both internally and externally.
- “Expert” level of knowledge of business expected over time.
- Demonstrate a clear strategic way of thinking to find efficient ways to deliver clear and innovative client deliverables that meet and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with Analytics teams to assist in monthly reporting, identifying trends in team business and ways to optimize campaigns towards KPIs.
- Own the day-to-day relationship with media clients.
**Requirements:
- He/she should be able to understand the core concepts behind media optimization and analytics has knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing, and know how to pull intelligence from raw data, which will drive execution for our clients.
- Possess organizational and team leadership to effectively interact with stakeholders at multiple levels in the programmatic planning process.
- 3-4 years of relevant programmatic experience.
- Good analytical skills.
