Sustainability Analyst

**Who are we?**:
The Transmutation Principle is a Singapore-based consultancy that supports businesses in their quest for impact, through actionable and tailor-made sustainability & ESG programmes. Our programmes and services cater to organisations of different maturity stages. Delivery formats range from mass workshops on climate education to strategic consultancy for functional teams (such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Sustainability, Innovation, Partnerships and more) to advance ESG agendas.

We also offer impact coaching and accelerator programs for CXOs to advise on unique organisational challenges and stretch ESG goals on a limited basis.

Our programmes:
1. Climate Education: Curated workshops and seminars for companies to delve into problem statements driving ESG challenges. We provide a preview on how to establish commitment plans against realistic sustainability goals. Suitable for nascent organisations looking to expand general knowledge and get started in impact-driven projects.

2. Holistic Governance & Frameworks: Integrate 360 mitigation and adaptation strategies for teams to deliver on positive impact. We assemble sustainability committees out of existing functions and support alignment of organisational business strategy with net-zero goals. Suitable for organisations looking for expert guidance to shape ESG plans towards established goals.

3. Digital Footprint: Comprehensive 4-step program catered to tech functions and organisations striving to mitigate socio-environmental risk in your tech stack, governance frameworks and more.

**Job description - Sustainability Analyst (Internship)**:
We're looking for an outstanding and versatile Sustainability Analyst to jump onboard and help us accelerate our early stage growth and vision. This role is ideal for an out-going hustler who is ready to work side by side with our MD on analysis, content creation and network growth. Definitely an “out-of-the-box” role where you have the opportunity to work with an impact-driven team of consultants for immediate impact

**What you’ll be doing
Digital Marketing & Community Management
- Maintain multiple LinkedIn accounts; prepare schedules & ensure organic growth
- Enhance our social media presence on Instagram and identify KPI for success
- Identify KOL in the sustainability scene in SEA and help connecting with them
- Help us grow our community of sustainability practitioners

Assemble a Sustainability knowledge hub for our Asia Community
- Sustainability Analysis
- Read and summarise versatile sustainability content on multiple topics; Green Finance, E-waste, Tech4Good, Digital Footprint, Corp. transformation, Regulations on ESG, scientific articles (IPCC, IPBES)
- Design slides and collateral accordingly

Help develop 2 new streams for our Sustainability offering; Greenwashing Observatory + IT Sustainability Audit
- For both programmes, we’ll need you to; support our co-founder in crafting the preliminary feasibility of such streams, outline our strategy, tactics and sales enablement

As the activity of the company is developing fast, you will have other exciting projects to take part in, depending on your profile and appetite

**What we’re looking for**:

- About you: _
- Currently studying in a recognized university, preferably in Computer Science, Environmental Studies or Business
- Passion for Sustainability and Impact
- Tenacious, ambitious and self motivated to make a big impact
- Data-driven and analytical personality, with attention to details
- Eager to Learn; You know you don’t know everything, but that excites you. You ask questions. You seek out opportunities to develop your skills.
- Test & Learn Mindset; You’re not afraid to fail and you know it’s where growth comes from
- Must Haves: _
- Access to a laptop / computer & based in Singapore
- Being able to work hand in hand with a founder
- Experience (personal, volunteering or professional) in Sustainability
- Experience as an analyst, versatile project manager or social media
- Nice-to-haves: _
- Experiences in consultancy agencies
- Interest and/or experience in marketing collateral (Adobe, PPT, G. Slides) & G. Drive tools
- Community management, blog writing or NGO-focused experience
- Fluency in foreign languages (Bahasa, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, French, Tagalog or Thai)
- Start Date; _Early January to Mid February
