**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, and video calls.
- Assist in cross-cultural communication ensuring that tone, context and intent are preserved.
- Support teams with real-time translation needs for chat messages, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
- Liaise with various departments to provide linguistic support for projects negotiations and documentation.
- Preparing documents and presentations directed by CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Japanese, English, and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in translation and interpretation across the three languages.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, cultural nuance and business terminology in all three languages.
- Certification in translation/interpretation (e.g JLPT N2 or higher required for communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders).
- Experience working with Japanese colleagues or clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
