**General Description**:
The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability frameworks and policies within Bank of Singapore, working closely with other stakeholders such as the strategy office, the chief investment office and various products desks.

To support the Head of Policies & Procedures in the planning, execution, and supervision of the following:

- Formulate and deploy new internal ESG policies & frameworks.
- Undertake market research and continuously improve bank’s frameworks & policies by incorporating relevant information to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Work with various stakeholders in the bank to ensure successful implementation of the ESG policies & frameworks to integrate sustainability into their department’s processes and procedures.
- Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability frameworks, policies, and programs. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance sustainability performance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in sustainability, and incorporate into the bank’s policies and frameworks.

**Periodic reviews on sustainability**
- Revise and update methodologies for regular reviews to ensure adherence to sustainability framework and policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews to verify compliance with sustainability framework and policies.
- Analyses relevant management reports and lead initiatives to resolve any identified gaps

**Qualifications**

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- At least 12 years of Banking experience, out of which at least 3 years of experience in sustainability related scope is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and processes.
- Have relevant course experience in sustainability related topics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
