**What the role is**

[LTA-RAOM] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / ENGINEER

**What you will be working on**

You will manage civil and architecture assets of MRT and LRT lines in Singapore. For existing MRT and LRT lines, you will investigate and propose corrective actions for civil and architectural defects, modifications to address commuter or train operation concerns. Evaluate defect trends and asset condition, propose asset enhancement or condition monitoring measures to improve asset maintenance, reliability, and availability. In addition, you will evaluate civil architecture asset modification and renewal proposals, taking into account relevant factors such as maintainability and supportability and cost. Plan and conduct maintenance audits and asset condition audits to verify the Operators’ maintenance quality, asset condition and maintenance. Beyond these, you will provide engineering inputs on asset management plans, engineering reports and maintenance technology development for civil architecture assets. For new lines and asset replacement projects, you will provide Maintainability and Life Cycle Management inputs to the design of civil architecture assets of new rail lines and replacement projects to achieve cost-effective support in the life of the assets. You will participate On-site Inspections to confirm that new civil architectural meet safety, operation and maintainability design requirements. You will versee the transfer of care, control and custody (TCCC) of assets, track asset inventory, and configurations changes and account for disposal of assets.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- Relevant engineering experience in railway civil infrastructure would be an advantage
- A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including strong written language ability required
- Self-motivated, resourceful and possess a positive attitude
