- Department: Data & Business Intelligence- Location: Singapore- Strategy support
- closely work with the Leadership Team ( LT) to drive the forward leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination.
- Facilitate the creation of presentations that articulate the strategy to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse and extract data insights by working with data teams and provide refined strategic/tactic suggestions to LT to drive business goals and team performance
- Operational Excellence
- Streamline vertical priorities within team and horizontal priorities and special projects across the team; Ensure the right metrics are in place to track and manage priorities, outcomes, risks, budgets, etc. and Aid in the delivery and tracking of key OKRs
- Champion a spirit of collaboration and open communications. Work across multi-functional teams to advance organizational goals and engender trust, including work with other business Intelligence team and operation solution team across the company, sharing and developing best practices
- Executive support and team culture
- play an integral role in enhancing our intentional, organizational culture and facilitate a advanced process to ensure organizational effectiveness and Lead initiatives to address associate engagement strategies**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum qualifications) in relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) and 3+ years’ experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or business-related roles
- High emotional intelligence, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to impact and influence at all levels of Lazada. Personal maturity and models Lazada values.
- Ability to think holistically and strategically about key operational rhythms, communications, and programs
- Excellent presentation Communication and analytical skills, and pay attentions to details
