**1. **Job Scopes**:To teach and develop the Abacus Mental Arithmetic Program to parents and children.

**2. **Job Responsibilities **:To develop, marketing and expand the company business for all the various company's educational programs, including the Abacus Mental Arithmetic Program.

**3. **Job Duties **:To oversee the Centre's daily operations, training new teachers and develop good classroom management.

**4. Trainings **:Company will provide both in-house and external trainings for all programs and program levels. You will be trained to equip with the specific teaching skills and program development skills in order to train and educate all levels of students to learn, improve and attain the essential knowledge and important learning and teaching skills to teach and develop all various programs for the company and educational centre.

**5. Work Experiences **:Minimum 2 years experiences in Teachings, Classroom Management, Education Development and Marketing are required.

**6. Work Attitudes **:Commitment, Responsible, Passion in various educational programs teachings, with Patience and loving children, Interpersonal Relationship, Team Player, able to work independently.

**8. Working Schedules **:6-Day Works. Able to work on weekdays/weeknights/Saturday and Sunday. Rest Day is on Wednesday.

**9. Job Benefits **:Performance Bonus; Annual Salary increment and other Employment benefits.

**10. Educations Level **:Minimum Degree Holder.
