**Duties**
- Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures (training will be provided)
- Ensure patient safety and comfort and providing a smooth flow of patient care
- Responsible for documenting accurate and timely treatment notes
- Perform treatment according to company standard operating procedure and service standard
- Manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic.
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, reception, registration, enquiries and scheduling of appointments.
- Manage inventory including requisition and stock taking

**Job Specification of an Aesthetic Beautician / Therapist**

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

**Knowledge**:

- At least a minimum 2 years of working as Beautician/ Facial and body therapist is an established aesthetic clinic
- Experience and exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body and skin.
- Experience with energy based treatment devices, laser, radiofrequency.

**Skills**:

- Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English, Mandarin and dialet
- Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
- Must be highly motivated

**Abilities**:

- To be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment during peek period
- To be able to handle stress well
- To be able to work in retail hours : 5 days work week (excluding Sunday and PH)

**Requirements**:

- Well grommed with a pleasant disposition and personality
- Able to communicate in English and a second language
