**About the Role** As a Sales Associate in GoCorp, you’ll support the growth of our SMB and SME business. You’ll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that contribute to our revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales skills and work closely with internal teams to deliver great customer experiences. **What You Will Do**: - Drive new client acquisition across SMB, SME, and MNC segments through outbound sales, networking, and social outreach. - Qualify inbound leads promptly and engage with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and closure, to meet monthly revenue targets. - Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns or objections professionally. - Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and positioning tailored GoCorp solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling present proposals that communicate business value and drive decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, ops, product) to improve sales processes and elevate customer experience. - Capture and share client feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy. **What You Will Need**: - 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions. - Ability to think critically and solve problems, identifying potential opportunities and overcoming objections. - Takes ownership of tasks and is motivated to meet or exceed sales targets. - Open to feedback and works collaboratively with team members across departments. - Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments in a timely manner. - Resilient and composed when facing challenges or setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude. **About the Team** **About GoTo Group** GoTo Group is the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia with its mission to “Empower Progress’ by offering technological infrastructure and solutions for everyone to access and thrive in the digital economy.
