华文教师的主要工作职责包挂:

- 负责学前班学生的一日常规,教授拼音、识字、阅读等课程
- 主班老师负责协调各科老师和家长和孩子的沟通
- 负责兴趣班的教学、考勤、与家长沟通等事项

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and framework.
- Prepare and implement programs and age-appropriate teaching materials
- Keep accurate records of the children’s progress
- Communicate with parents about the children’s progress
- Render basic first aid as and when necessary
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources and environment
- Be familiar and recognize the company’s policy and standing rules

Key requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DECCE-T or equivalent) in Chinese Language curriculum
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong passion to nurture young children
- Able to work as a team, and independently when needed
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
