1) ABA techniques and VB analysis
2) How to be adored by any child and have fun at work
3) How to conduct intake assessments, one-to-one sessions, school shadowing
4) How to collect and analyse data
5) How to be confident with any child and parent

**Should You Apply?**
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children with autism, speech delays, and behavioral problems, and at the same time able to communicate effectively with parents. A great therapist is both self-motivated on his own and cooperative in a team. This job will also require one to remain calm and creative in times of difficulty. Open-mindedness and flexibility are highly-valued. While it could be challenging work as a behavior therapist, it could also be fun and tremendously fulfilling with the right attitude, personality and team.

**Minimum requirements**:
**1) At least one year of experience working with both young children (ages 1-7) and parents.**

**2) Diploma in a related field (i.e. psychology, special education, early childhood) or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.**

1) 3 of your greatest strengths and 1 weakness.
2) Talk about your passions/hobbies (do not have to be related to the job) as we want to know more about you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
