**Business Affairs - what's that?**
The Business Affairs team are a crucial part of advertising production. They are the team responsible for censorship clearances, delivery of the finished assets to TV stations and other final advertising delivery platforms, and managing usage rights for on-screen talents, voiceover artists and music composers and music libraries.
**What does a Business Affairs Administrator do at Hogarth?**
- Censorship Management_
- TV Deliveries _
- Usage Rights Management_
**Responsibilities**
- Work with the TV Producers and Account Servicing teams to track all usage rights and maintenance of usage records
- Negotiate on usage rights extensions with production houses, talent agencies, music composers and music libraries, stock image libraries
- Update the internal Hogarth teams on censorship proceedings while we await approvals
- Book deliveries for TV Commercials to be sent up to the various TV networks for broadcast
**Requirements**:
- Strong organisation skills
- Highly fluent in English
- Methodical and detail-oriented to manage the various necessary paperwork submissions for censorship in different countries / markets
- Be able to work independently as well as part a team
- Well-presented and polite to staff & clients
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
