In your new role you will:

- Lead on assigned **factory integration backend strategic program **management to ensure smooth integration with productivity gain
- As the legal head onsite to **solve Factory Integration (FI) related issues **, identify and grow the potential site personnel as future site lead
- **Support Unit Head on internal FI BE strategy **in enabling long term FI BE productivity, growth in people competency, process, project & roadmap execution
- Consistently works on **corporate objectives and strategies **across **FI & IT **functional areas of the business
- Identify and realize potential for **cross-site harmonization and standardization **and responsibility for knowledge management, ensure the relationship with stakeholders is progressive and purposive
- **Evaluate market development, strategies and technological opportunities **in general new site related topics

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in IT / Engineering with **at least 10-15 years’ **of relevant working experience, preferably in **factory integration project management**:

- Deep knowledge and understanding of **Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations **, and experience in managing and **deploying large scale and complex projects**:

- Sound knowledge on **big site start up project management frameworks **and processes, additional **project management certification **will be an added advantage
- **ITIL **service management knowledge
- **Sound analytical skills **to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
- Business relationship management
- Experience with **people and resource management **for department / section in a **global matrix organization
