**[What the role is]**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager, Philanthropic Experience. This is a supporting role that interface between internal teams across functions and across groups. It plays a key role in supporting the fundraising team, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly and that all marketing materials required to support fundraising efforts are delivered efficiently.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Fundraising Operations Support
- Assist the fundraising team in managing day-to-day operational needs.
- Ensure seamless coordination between fundraising campaigns and internal operations.
- Maintain and update fundraising-related databases and documentation.
- Marketing Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between the fundraising and marketing teams.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials required for fundraising initiatives, such as brochures, event collateral, and digital content.
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with the fundraising strategy and brand guidelines.
- Administrative and Communication Support
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications related to fundraising and marketing collaborations.
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support the development of donor engagement materials,
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure that all fundraising and marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the social service sector.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in fundraising and nonprofit marketing.
