We are an expanding company looking for self-motivated and result driven staff. Currently we have job opening for the position: Machinery Rental Executive, which combines sales responsibilities with promoting and renting heavy machinery and equipment. It involves potential lead generation, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role typically requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

**Types of machinery**:

- Excavator Bucket and Breaker (EBB)
- Excavator Vibro / Auger (EV/ EA)
- Silent Piler
- Lorry Crane
- Trailer and low bed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Rental**:
Promoting and selling various machinery and equipment for rental or lease and purchase for both new and existing customers.
- **Lead Generation**:
Marketing efforts to generate, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Customer Relations**:

- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
Working towards and exceeding set sales and rental targets.
- **Customer Service**:
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Communication**:
Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure repeat business and business feedback.
- **Reporting**:
Provide regular updates on sales progress to management.
- **Equipment Knowledge**:
Possessing a good understanding of the machinery and equipment being offered for rental.

**Required Skills**:

- **Negotiation**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and close deals effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:Familiarity with heavy machinery, construction equipment and rental process.
- **Customer Service**:Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships.
- **Computer Proficiency**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- **Self-Driven**:A self-motivated mindset to drive sales efforts.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ level
- Minimum 3 years of Singapore sales experience in construction related
- Driving licence, own transport would be preferred

**Remuneration Details**:

- Monthly salary starting from $3,500 to $6,000
- High commission scheme
- 5-day work week (8.30am - 5.30pm or 40 hours work week)
- 38 days Leave (14 days annual leave + 14 days sick leave + 10 days casual leave)
