**Job Title**: Assistant Brand Manager - Distributor Markets, SEA

**Reporting to**: Brand Manager, Distributor Markets

About the role
The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is responsible to support the Brand Manager in building brand equity for our Luxury fragrance portfolio of brands & growing market share in the markets we operate in. The ABM will achieve this via collaboration with our distributors in the execution of brands marketing strategies and plans, managing the relationship with them, understanding the market and influencing the company to adapt the plans and guidelines to better win in-market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have joint business planning with distributors & to align key marketing intiatives, marketing calendar (both launches & re-promotes) & marketing investments.
- Validate & align 360 marketing plans
- Ensure all marketing executions are on brand & within brands’ DNA.
- Liase with APAC marketing team
- Monitor & Analyze post execution/ launch results
- Obtain visibility & ensure distributor marketing investment is utilized/ optimize well & is in line with brand direction in building brand equity in market
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly sales by brand/category/SKU - vs Previous Year, vs Plan/Business Plan
- Determine product assortment for distributor markets, cascade marketing launches, collate forecast
- A&P management, tracking, ROI

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or similar
- Strong MS excel, Word and power points skills
- Experience of minimum 3 years or more in marketing & managing Distributors
- Knowledge & exposure to the region - SEA, APAC
- Be persuasive and have the ability to drive growth conversations
- Ability to work in fast-pace environment
- Resilient and flexible, adapts to new challenges
- Be passionate, enthusiastic and has fun in work achievement
- Be able to thrives on challenges and keeps a healthy attitude under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
