DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily accounting and financial operations of the company, including NAV calculations, cash management, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial reports to the management.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support investment decision-making and fund performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial viability and assess its fund profitability.
- Stay informed of the latest changes of the industry financial regulations and ensure fund compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- You will engage closely with the investment, corporate accounting, legal and compliance functions and manage any ad hoc assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant fund finance experience in Private Equity / Asset Management Companies. Fund set up experience is highly valued.
