Our client, who is in the automotive industry is looking for a Parts Admin Assistant in their After Sales department.
- 5.25 days per week (alternate Sat)
- Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm; Sat - 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Location: Ubi

**Job descriptions**:

- Create quotations, sales orders & invoices
- Order processing and prepare purchase order receipts
- Provide administrative support for the department
- Attend to customer enquiries and liaise with suppliers on delivery and backorders
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of customer service and administrative experience in the automotive industry
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/ suppliers)
