**Our client is seeking a SAP FICO Lead/Consultant to join their team**

**About Our Client**

**What you'll be doing?**
- **Lead SAP FICO implementations**:Spearhead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules within S/4 HANA environments, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes.
- **Drive business alignment**:Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure SAP solutions meet organizational objectives.
- **Enhance system performance**:Analyze and troubleshoot FICO module issues, providing innovative solutions to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
- **Manage system lifecycle**:Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- **Foster cross-functional collaboration**:Work effectively within a diverse team environment, integrating activities across IT departments to ensure successful project implementation and support.

**Who are they looking for?**
- **SAP FICO expert**:Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation, with a strong focus on S/4 HANA.
- **Implementation guru**:Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in SAP system configuration.
- **Financial acumen**:Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP best practices.
- **Cloud-savvy professional**:Experience with S/4 HANA Private/Public Cloud implementations and BTP extension knowledge.
- **Certified professional**:SAP certification in FICO and S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
