**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts.
- Develop and create new pastry ideas and recipes in collaboration with the Chef.
- Ensure that all baked products are made in accordance with established standards and specifications.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Efficiently manage the organization and inventory of the pastry kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
- Deliver consistently high-quality pastry products that meet both the visual and taste expectations of our guests.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a professional Pasty Chef.
- Completion of a recognized culinary program or certification.
- Strong knowledge of pastry theory and techniques, including knowledge of various mixing methods and ingredients.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team-oriented setting.
