Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of financial performance reports and commentaries for Operate, Build and Headcount to track and drive business performance and enable strategic and operational decisions
- Performing month end close processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of our financials
- Work closely with team leads, Project managers to review monthly financial performance, as well as investigate variances and identify business risks and opportunities.
- Analyse all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.
- Ensure and validate Actuals and Forecast are correctly assessed and populated according to the Deliveries Milestone. Carry out corrective actions according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (FRS).
- Work with central COO team for alignment of Bank reporting.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all performance dashboards and Management Reporting.
- Manage and recommend required improvements aligned with Agile Principles.
- Facilitate onboarding process for contractor onboarding and contract lodgement
- Facilitate monthly resource cost recovery process with Project managers

**Requirements**:

- At least 5+ years of experience in Financial Management
- Experience and familiarity with financial terms and domain knowledge will be an advantage
- Good communications skill and able to engage at various levels across different technology teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects and report.
- Able to manage and work with various stakeholders.
- Proven good collaboration skills.
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
