**The Company**:
Speech Graphics’ technology automates facial animation processes by interpreting content in the voice audio, to drive detailed models of the muscle systems involved in speech.

The software is used to great effect in the video games industry, saving studios significant time, effort and money in realizing the highest quality output for AAA titles such as ‘Halo Infinite’, ‘The Last of Us Part II’ and ‘Star Wars: Squadrons’.

As part of this expansion we are excited to be offering opportunities in Singapore, triggered by a new partnership established with NetEase Games, supporting their video game studios to utilize Speech Graphics' technology and to engage with clients in China, Japan, and Korea.

**The Role**:
Speech Graphics is looking for a passionate and talented Junior Animator to join our growing team. As Junior Animator, you will be responsible for setting up character face poses to support our award-winning facial animation system, evaluate and debug character rigs, and support the team in various areas of character production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage your expert understanding of human facial anatomy and pose physically accurate character faces to be animated by the Speech Graphics facial animation system
- Assist the creative and engineering teams in reviews of facial rigs from clients to identify potential issues with animation fidelity and control
- Master our proprietary software and contribute to the design of both internal and external tools

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in 3D character animation with a focus on facial animation
- Experience working in Maya
- Knowledge of facial anatomy
- Strong appreciation for the nuances of facial structure, expression, and motion
- Ability to receive and provide critical feedback
- Ability to work under deadlines, provide accurate task estimates, and managing time
- Ability to work independently but also excels at collaborating in a team environment

- Proficient in the character rigging process
- Knowledge of character modeling techniques
- Experience working in engines like Unreal and Unity
- Experience with other 3D tools such as Blender, 3D Studio Max, and Motionbuilder
- Python scripting experience
- Interest in speech and languages
