Singapore Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of ingredients
- Produce food of high standard of quality and appearance
- Ensure stock control is maintained and rotated
- Cleaning and maintaining of kitchen and workspace in the kitchen
- Follow company standard operating procedures
- Any other duties assigned by restaurant manager

Job Requirement:
Working Day: 6 days work per week | 8 Hours per shift
You are able to commit to weekends, eve of PH & PH
Off days on weekdays
Minimum O/N levels
You are willing to learn
Passion for culinary & service
Enjoy interacting with people

Applicants should expect receiving cross training during their course of employment.
Food & Hygiene Certification
Without valid certification, course will be funded to attend Food & Hygiene Course.

**Shift Work Hour Range**:
A) 7 am - 3 pm
B) 3 pm -11 pm
C) 11pm - 7am
