**About the role**
You oversee Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for Gombak Base personnel and manage Corporate Services functions.
**What you will be working on**
- Manage staffing levels and deployment
- Track and forecast manpower demands
- Oversee appraisal processes
- Conduct Annual Road Map Reviews
- Handle regimentation and discipline matters
- Coordinate welfare initiatives
- Manage administrative functions
**Challenge(s)**
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Working with numerous stakeholders
- Ensuring effective HR management
- Maintaining current knowledge of MINDEF/SAF HR policies
**What we are looking for**
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a similar environment
- Good leadership abilities
- Strong planning capabilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
