**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift to move, lift, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse and yard.
- Receive, issue, load, unload, and shelve goods.
- Handle forklift operations for heavy types of equipment such as drilling pipes, machinery, etc.
- Organize and manage inventories in the warehouse and at the yard.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Perform stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies.
- Input and update inventories in Excel to maintain accurate stock count.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and manage documentation to confirm appropriate stock levels, maintaining inventory control.
- Coordinate with the logistics coordinator on the delivery movement of goods.
- Manage minor repairs on the forklift if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Framework while working.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with standard safety and best practices in a warehouse and yard environment.
- Valid forklift license with a minimum of 5 years of forklift activities experience in heavy equipment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Competency in data entry with Excel work experience for stock management.
- Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Skills to operate common office equipment.
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
