**THE ROLE** **- Office Cleaner cum Attendant**

You will create a comfortable and conducive environment for colleagues to work in by keeping the office spick and span. In addition to regular cleaning duties, you will be an integral support partnering Office Administration to cultivate and drive positive experiences for guests and/or visitors. Your commitment and dedication will contribute effectively to Hegen, making the employee experience pleasant.
- Perform office cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of glass doors and watering of plants.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including hard floors, carpets, surfaces and common spaces to ensure that they remain clean, dry and free from hazards
- Handle and dispose waste according to standard procedures, instructions and cleaning industry standards
- Clean and maintain features such as walls, glass windows, as well as office equipment
- Identify gaps and notify reporting manager on faults/things that need to be repaired
- Managing, tidying and replenishing office pantry
- Welcome and serve guests with refreshments wherever needed
- Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Prior work experience in office cleaning is a plus
- Punctual and reliable
- Independent worker with a hospitable demeanour
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to communicate in English
- Observant and attentive to details
- Strong accountability and responsibility
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
