**Key Responsibilities**

Administration and maintenance of Campaign Management System (CMT)

2. Perform system admin role for CMT

3. Maintenance of CMT database and continually ensure updated datasets/fields from various source systems are captured in CMT.

4. Coordinate with IT developers for the preliminary investigation and troubleshooting of issues and errors

5. Create test cases and rules, and conduct User Assessment Testing (UAT) of enhancements, system upgrades and bug fixes.

Administration and maintenance of Registered Customer (RU) program

1. Manage enquiry mailbox and respond to all internal and external enquiries

2. Maintenance of the RU dashboard, webpage and other system functionalities relating to program.

3. Support the product development lead to develop and enhance the program based on business requirements, conduct preliminary investigation of technical issues and coordinate with IT developers to troubleshoot issues and errors.

4. Create test cases and perform UAT/BR/regression testing for all enhancements and fixes

5. Prepare monthly reports and analysis on the acquisition numbers for the RU program.

6. Support the campaign manager to maintain, update and launch campaign materials (assets, messaging, webpage, eDMs etc) to drive acquisition.

Coordination with Global Sales Offices

Others

1. Other administrative duties inclusive of verifying of paid advertising invoices.

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma in Marketing/Business/IT/Digital-related areas
- Good to have: Basic understanding of HTML, IT systems and project management. Experience in Agile methodology would be advantageous
- Keen interest in digital marketing, marketing technology
- Willingness to learn; ability to pick up new things quickly
- Good time management, ability to multi-task
- Organized and meticulous; attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking
